Michael Gould
Principal

Mr Gould's commercial real estate experience includes nearly 25 years in asset management.

Mr Gould's expertise includes asset acquisition, portfolio planning and strategy, loan negotiations, marketing and tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, financial analysis, risk management, cost control, building systems, as well as development, planning, design, and construction.

Mr Gould has owned and managed for investors a broad spectrum of real estate assets valued $350 million including; multi-tenant office, retail and industrial assets.


Matthew Pollak
Property and Facilities Manager

Matthew began his career with Institutional Owners as Centre Manager of sub-regional & neighbourhood shopping centres including Marrickville Metro, Royal Randwick and Chifley Tower's Shopping Plaza.

He has also managed a $40mill annual capital works budget for an Institutional Portfolio of 26 regional, sub-regional & neighbourhood shopping centres across Australia & New Zealand.

Matthew graduated UNSW with a Bachelor of Building Construction Management. He is experienced in advising on minimising operational expenditure, with a knowledge of how buildings are built and operated.
